Summer Stone Medicine Membership — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Summer Stone Medicine Membership — a sacred, seasonal offering curated by Sacred Sage Unleashed. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Program Overview:

The Summer Stone Medicine Membership is a 3-month program running June 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025. The membership officially begins June 1, 2025 and enrollment closes at midnight EDT on June 21, 2025. Participants enrolling after June 1, 2025 will have 3 months of membership from the date they enrolled, with membership completing no later than September 20, 2025.

Each membership month includes:

  • 3 Stone Medicine Healing Sessions (45 minutes each)

  • 1 intuitively chosen stone shipped to your address of record (shipping included)

  • 1 pre-recorded meditation

  • Sample themed crystal grids for meditation (themes include Summer Solstice and Lion’s Gate)

  • 10% discount on stone purchases during the membership period

  • Free shipping on all orders during the membership period

📅 Session Use Policy:

  • Healing sessions must be used within the 30-day cycle of each membership month.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month and cannot be redeemed after the membership concludes.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to schedule their sessions in a timely manner through the provided booking system.

💳 Payment Terms:

  • The membership fee is $188 per month, for a total of 3 monthly payments.

  • Payments will be processed automatically on the date of original enrollment for the duration of the membership.

❌ Cancellation Policy:

  • The membership is a 3-month commitment.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sacredsageunleashed@gmail.com.

  • A minimum 10-day notice is required prior to the next billing cycle to process any cancellation request.

  • No cancellations will be granted for the current month after a payment has been processed.

  • Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in continued membership charges until proper notice is received and processed.

  • No information provided during sessions, meditations, or in associated materials should be considered medical advice.

  • Clients should consult their healthcare providers before making any health-related decisions or changes.

📜 Liability Waiver:

By participating in this program, you agree to:

  • Assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health during and after the sessions.

  • Release Sacred Sage Unleashed LLC and its owner from any and all liability for any outcomes resulting from participation in this program.

  • Release Sacred Sage Unleashed LLC and its owner from any liability for lost or mis-delivered packages. We do our best to ensure that stones and packages get to members in a timely and efficient manner. We are not responsible for packages once they are physically transferred to USPS, or other carriers in the case of International shipments.

💎 Products and Discounts:

  • Discounts and free shipping benefits apply to stone purchases made directly through Sacred Sage Unleashed during the membership period.

  • Discounts may not be applied to custom orders, special events, or in combination with other offers unless explicitly stated.

📧 Communication:

  • All program-related communications, including session scheduling and membership updates, will be sent to the email address provided at enrollment.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to maintain a current and accurate email address.

  • Intuitively selected stones (1 per billing cycle) will be sent to you at the address of record on your payment information. It is the responsibility of the member to maintain current and accurate mailing address.

📌 Program Changes:

Sacred Sage Unleashed reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update the terms, benefits, or structure of this membership program. Any significant changes will be communicated via email.

📅 Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sacred Sage Unleashed operates. Any disputes arising from participation in the program shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

By enrolling in the Summer Stone Medicine Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
